Everhot Rewards by Rheem is a program designed to reward licensed plumbers, sole traders or businesses in Australia who employ licensed plumbers and provide plumbing services.
Each time you submit a claim for an eligible product, you will earn Everhot Rewards Points. Once you accumulate enough points, you can redeem against more than 10,000 products, gifts, and prizes (subject to availability).
How to Earn Points
Claim water heaters
Most Everhot, Rheem, Vulcan and AquaMAX water heaters can earn you points. Please remember that you must claim within six months from date of purchase or 1 July of a program year, whichever is sooner.

Apply online and fill in your details. Make sure you have a current plumber’s license number issued in your state or territory in your name.
No! Everhot Rewards by Rheem is completely free of any annual or monthly fees and charges.
Submit a claim for an eligible model during the eligible purchase period – you have up to six months or 1 July of each year (whichever is sooner) to submit your claims.
You can backdate claims for purchases made over the prior six months, with the exception of purchases made between March and June, which must be claimed by 31 August each year. Simply submit your claims in the usual way and upload a copy of the tax invoice. We will take care of the rest!
Most Everhot, Rheem, Vulcan, Vulcan DUOMAX and AquaMAX products are eligible. To see if a model is eligible for the program, once you are registered, simply view the eligible model tables.
You can treat yourself, your work colleagues or your family with an ever-evolving catalogue that contains more than 10,000 products, gifts, and surprises. We also offer limited edition products and services from time to time.
You do not need to maintain points balance to receive most information on Everhot Rewards. However, you must have points in your account to redeem (minimum number of points for products do apply).
If you earned points prior to 31 December 2020, they expire on 31 December 2022.
If you earned points on or after 1 January 2021 then you have two years from the date in which they were earned before they expire.
Simply login to your account to see your balance, how many points you have earned and how many you have redeemed.
We will also send you a quarterly statement summarising your efforts too.

Due to privacy, only nominated representatives can access and enquire about your Everhot Rewards details. If you contact us and advise us of anyone else that may wish to access your information, then we will consider this request, but only with your permission first.
Everhot Rewards Points by Rheem are not transferable to another member.
Absolutely – we have a range of charity partners that you can redeem your points.
Unfortunately, you cannot redeem your points into cash or merchant gift cards. We do offer Webjet eGift cards however, more than 10,000 products and gifts in our online catalogue… and if you still can’t find what you are looking for, our Concierge Service will seek to find your desired item.
Using our Concierge Service, we can try and locate your nominated product that can be paid for using your Everhot Rewards Points.
